Upon Receiving an Item for Repair, we will call customer to notify that item was received.

Upon Receiving an Item for Repair, we will call customer to notify that item was received.
• Confirm with customer ALL items listed were received.
• Place customer's credit card on file (verify email and contact information with customer).
• Trouble Shoot equipment needing repair.
• Email customer estimate of repair, including detailed report of what is needed, along with time frame of return.
• Confirm repair.
• Repair Item.
