Case Study
Structural & Flow Restoration of Hiland Dairy’s Sanitary Sewer System via Trenchless Lining

Deteriorating pipeline conditions resulted in recurring backup issues from floor drains in the production area, while structurally compromised sections allowed milk discharge to escape onto the adjacent sidewalk.
Began with a detailed CCTV inspection to assess the extent of structural damage, identify compromised pipe segments, and locate infiltration points contributing to product loss. The pipeline was then thoroughly cleaned using premium chains, heavy grit sandpaper, and high-pressure hydro jetting to remove accumulated debris, grease, and residual milk buildup, ensuring proper installation of the liner. Severely deteriorated or collapsed sections were stabilized and prepared for rehabilitation. A NuFlow cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining system was installed and cured using ambient temperature and UV lights to form a seamless, jointless, and corrosion-resistant pipe within the host pipe. Utilized a robotics cutter to perform reinstatements on lateral connections.
A comprehensive trenchless pipelining solution was implemented to rehabilitate the deteriorated system and eliminate ongoing leaks and backups.
This effectively sealed cracks, restored structural integrity and eliminated infiltration and exfiltration pathways.
Damaged pipes and leaks don't fix themselves. Get started today.
